WHO WE ARE
We are youth development organization run by young volunteers who are working professionals, academicians, engineers, entrepreneurs, trainers, consultants and technicians. We strongly believe in integrity, harmony and betterment.
To bring about a change beginning with few drops to a rain by developing and equipping ourselves with the essential knowledge and then accordingly contributing to the society. There will always be a need or a requirement all over the world, practically it is not possible to satisfy all of them but still it is better to do our part rather than being still. So, we begin our journey and do what’s possible to make the difference thereby being one of the many, shaping the better future.
We have no better way to convey our purpose than our founder’s message.
Founder’s Message
Dear Readers and Leaders,
I am Muruga Barathi – Motivational Speaker, HR Trainer and Writer. I have been inspiring people to “Think Better and Do Wonder”, for the past many years. More than 1,00,000 people received my words of “Wisdom” and I hope, at least 1% of them, removed “Boredom” in life and are ruling their desired “Kingdom”. Though I reached all sorts of people, my affection, care and efforts always move towards youth only.
Why YOUTH? – For two reasons. 1) Youth can be changed for a better future (Elders hesitate to change because they tend to live in Past) 2) Youth can change the future to a better one. (Elders… the same reason, again)
I know that no one can change anyone. But, One can be (in fact, I am) a facilitator for others to change themselves. If youth are guided and supported by fellow Youth, they might feel comfortable with the discomfort of change. That is why, I founded “NEETHAAN”.
The name is coined from three “Tamil” words, which show the objectives of the organization.
I have started this organization, on this day (15th October, 2020), with a handful of youth, who were benefited by me, in some way. I hope that this organization will grow in Zillions and will benefit the entire world.
