Dear Readers and Leaders,
I am Muruga Barathi – a motivational speaker, HR trainer, and writer. Over the years, I have inspired more than 100,000 people to “Think Better and Do Wonder.” My hope is that at least 1% of them have managed to remove the “Boredom” from their lives and are now ruling their desired “Kingdom.”
While I have reached people from all walks of life, my heart, passion, and efforts have always been directed towards the youth.
Why Youth? There are two reasons:
1. Youth can be changed for a better future. (Elders often resist change as they are rooted in the past.)
2. Youth can change the future itself. (Again, elders tend to hold on to the past.)
While I firmly believe that no one can truly “change” another person, I also know that one can act as a facilitator for self-transformation. When youth are guided and supported by their peers, they are more likely to embrace the discomfort of change.
This belief is what inspired me to create “NEETHAAN.” The name is a combination of three Tamil words, each representing a core principle of the organization:

I founded this organization on October 15, 2020, with a small group of youth who had benefited from my guidance. My dream is for NEETHAAN to grow exponentially, touching zillions of lives and making a meaningful impact on the world.
