Our Story
NEETHAAN is a youth-led movement founded with a simple belief — change begins with you. Our name reflects our mission:
NEE (You) – for individual growth,
DHAANAM (Giving) – for social contribution, and
NITHAANAM (Steadiness) – for emotional intelligence.
We guide youth to discover their inner strength, serve their communities, and stand steady through life’s challenges. At NEETHAAN, we don’t just mentor — we walk with every young person on their path to becoming leaders of change.
We are mentors, doers, and believers in the power of youth to shape a better world.

— Our Founder
Mr. KV. MURUGA BARATHI is a leading HR and Life Skills Trainer in Tamilnadu, for more than 20 years. He is also the Author of 13 books. He dedicated his life to serve the society. He wants to pass on that spirit to his trainees. On 20th April 2020, he made an announcement in Facebook about the idea of organizing some persons, who have benefited by his training. As an initiation, he gathered 12 persons, who met via Zoom as “Representatives of Radiance”. After many such meetings, NEETHAAN youth organization was started on 15th October 2020. Then, it is registered as a Charitable Trust, on 2nd February 2022 and named as “NEETHAAN FOUNDATION”.
